Dubai’s Global Village has extended its current season by one week, pushing the closing date from May 11 to May 18, in response to high visitor turnout and ongoing demand.
The family-favourite destination will now remain open daily from 4pm to 1am, offering guests additional time to enjoy its cultural showcases, food stalls, and entertainment. The extension was announced on Sunday, allowing more visitors to take advantage of ongoing promotions and special events before the season wraps up.
Popular offers will continue through the final week, including the “Kids Go Free” deal for children under 12, the Dh50 unlimited Carnaval rides package, and the “Golden Bar Challenge” where guests can win up to Dh2,900 in cash prizes as part of an Dh87,000 pool.
Global Village also confirmed that fireworks will light up the skies during the final weekend—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday—to mark the season finale in style.
In addition to its 250 dining options, many exclusive to the venue, the park has enhanced this season with new cultural performances, entertainment acts, and upgraded infrastructure.
This isn’t the first time Global Village has extended its run. Similar extensions were granted in previous years, with the 2022 and 2023 seasons prolonged to accommodate high footfall.
With just days remaining, the extended week offers one last opportunity for residents and tourists to experience the vibrant mix of global culture, cuisine, and entertainment before Season 29 officially comes to a close.
