The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) is set to unveil major digital innovations at GITEX Global 2025, taking place from 13th to 17th October at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The authority’s participation underscores its commitment to advancing the government’s digital transformation journey through artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions.

At its exhibition stand, GPSSA will present a live demonstration of its digital platform, Ma’ashi, which offers a comprehensive range of services for insured individuals, retirees, and employers. A key highlight will be the newly launched “Data Correction” feature, designed to enhance data accuracy by allowing users to directly modify and verify their information before submission. This update aims to improve processing speed, transparency, and service quality.

In addition to Ma’ashi, GPSSA will introduce an early prototype of its AI applications, offering visitors a preview of how future government services will become faster, smarter, and more efficient.

GPSSA views GITEX as a strategic platform to strengthen partnerships with both public and private sector entities and to explore global innovations that can enhance the authority’s operational excellence. The event also enables GPSSA to engage directly with customers, gather valuable feedback, and continuously refine its digital services in line with user needs.
