GulfHost 2024 to Spotlight Hospitality Innovation and Sustainability in Dubai
The MENA region’s premier hospitality and foodservice event, GulfHost, is set to return from November 5-7, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Expected to draw over 25,000 industry professionals, GulfHost 2024 will bring together over 350 exhibitors from more than 35 countries, including new participants from Brazil, Indonesia, and Japan, to showcase cutting-edge foodservice equipment, hospitality tech, and sustainable solutions. The event emphasizes Dubai’s expanding role as a global hub in the industry, which is projected to grow by over 11% annually, reaching USD 158 billion in the next decade.

she said. Key players like Cambro, Fetco, and Middleby will introduce smart kitchens, AI-powered solutions, and modular designs aimed at optimizing both energy efficiency and operational functionality.
The Foodservice Excellence Summit will feature over 70 experts, including leaders from Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and Mandarin Oriental, discussing sustainability, procurement, and culinary innovation. Additionally, the Coffee Experience Lab will offer workshops, masterclasses, and live demonstrations, delving into ethnic coffee traditions and contemporary brewing methods.
