The 11th edition of Gulfood Manufacturing opened at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together leading producers, innovators, and technology experts from around the world to shape the future of food and beverage manufacturing. The event runs until 6 November.
H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the UAE National Olympic Committee, inaugurated the exhibition and highlighted its role as a global platform driving smart and sustainable transformation in the food sector. He noted that this year’s record participation reflects global confidence in Dubai and the UAE’s ability to lead food innovation and build resilient, future-ready supply chains.
The event features cutting-edge technologies, from AI-driven manufacturing systems to sustainable packaging solutions, aligning with the UAE’s goal to increase local food production by 30 percent by 2030. Sheikh Mansoor commended the collaborative spirit and innovative solutions presented by participating companies and nations working toward a secure and sustainable food future.
During his tour, Sheikh Mansoor visited company and country pavilions from Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, and Italy, where exhibitors showcased advancements in flavours, food technology, and environmentally friendly systems.
The exhibition also hosts the FoodTech Summit, which brings together leaders from major international companies such as Mars, Unilever, Titan Capital, and Hive Capital to explore innovation, investment, and policy shaping the next decade of food manufacturing.
As the global food processing market is projected to reach USD 318.29 billion by 2034, Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 underscores Dubai’s growing influence as a global hub for innovation and sustainable growth in the food industry.
