Halo AI, a groundbreaking platform redefining brand-creator partnerships, announced the successful closure of a $6 million seed funding round led by Raed Ventures and Shorooq Partners.
This round also saw participation from strategic investors, including former executives from Snapchat, Microsoft, Airbnb, and Amazon, as well as gaming industry pioneers.
Unveiled during the 1 Billion Pitches competition at the 1 Billion Followers Summit, the funding marks a pivotal step in Halo AI's mission to deliver efficient and scalable collaborations between brands and creators. The company plans to expand globally, building on its success in Saudi Arabia with immediate entry into Dubai and Kuwait, followed by rapid scaling across MENA, Europe, and North America.
Powered by AI developed by veterans from AWS, Meta, and Snapchat, Halo AI already boasts partnerships with prominent brands like Kitopi, ToYou, and Syarah. The platform guarantees a 97% campaign completion rate—far surpassing the industry average of 65%—and ensures creators receive payments within 72 hours.
Vito Strokov, Halo AI’s Co-Founder and CEO, explained,
“Our agentic AI acts as an intelligent partner, autonomously matching creators with brands and optimizing campaigns in real-time. It reduces manual work by 85%, delivering exceptional performance metrics that redefine industry standards.”
Investors echoed this enthusiasm. Tina Daher, Principal at Shorooq, described Halo AI’s technology as a “game-changer,” while Wael Nafee, General Partner at Raed Ventures, highlighted the platform’s ability to transform how brands establish authentic connections with audiences.
With this latest funding, Halo AI is poised to lead the creator economy’s next chapter, driving innovation and growth on a global scale.
