Dubai Sets New Records in Public Service Excellence with 2024 Happiness Indices

Dubai has once again demonstrated its global leadership in public service excellence, as revealed by the 2024 results of the Dubai Government Customer and Employee Happiness Indices.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, approved the findings, highlighting record-breaking achievements in customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment ranked first in both customer and employee happiness, with scores of 98.75% and 96.7%, respectively.

Sheikh Hamdan credited H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s visionary leadership for driving excellence in governance.

Improving Governance Through Data and Innovation

The Mystery Shopper survey, which scored 95.8%, evaluated government services across multiple platforms, offering actionable insights for improvement. For two decades, the indices have been compiled using an advanced online platform, ensuring data-driven, innovative, and world-class service delivery.

H.E. Abdulla Mohammed Al Basti, Secretary-General of The Executive Council, emphasized the importance of leveraging data for decision-making. Dr. Hazza Khalfan Al Nuaimi, General Coordinator of the Dubai Government Excellence Programme, noted that the results reaffirm Dubai’s commitment to continuous improvement and global leadership.

Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence

The findings will be officially unveiled at the Dubai Government Excellence Programme awards, marking two decades of progress in delivering happiness-driven governance and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global leader in public service excellence.
