Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office and organiser of the #HattaWinter initiative, has announced that more than 30 homegrown businesses from the ‘Proudly from Dubai’ network are participating in Hatta Festival 2025.

The festival is one of six events held under the #HattaWinter initiative, which runs from 5 December 2025 to 20 January 2026 as part of the wider #DubaiDestinations campaign.

Hatta Festival 2025 highlights a diverse range of locally produced goods and creative experiences that reflect innovation, craftsmanship, and authentic Emirati identity. The increased participation of homegrown businesses builds on the success of previous editions and demonstrates Brand Dubai’s ongoing commitment to supporting entrepreneurship, small and medium enterprises, and creative projects by providing them with access to wider audiences through seasonal events.

Amina Taher, a member of the #HattaWinter Initiative Organising Committee, stated that the festival aims to create long-term economic value in addition to positioning Hatta as a winter destination. She noted that Dubai continues to offer a supportive environment for ambitious ideas, allowing local projects to evolve into internationally recognised brands. Strong visitor turnout since the festival’s launch further reflects growing market confidence and demand for locally produced goods.

Khawla Al Hashmi, also a member of the organising committee, highlighted the festival’s role as a key platform for emerging entrepreneurs to present their creativity to thousands of visitors from the UAE and abroad. She added that the event contributes to strengthening the local economy in Hatta, which continues to grow as a popular tourist destination.

The festival also features the ‘Hatta Little Trader’ project, enabling children to showcase their entrepreneurial skills, alongside creative works by local artists. Mobile food trucks around Leem Lake add to the visitor experience with a variety of drinks and snacks. Overall, Hatta Festival 2025 underscores Dubai’s commitment to the creative economy while promoting Hatta as a family-friendly winter destination.
