Hatta Winter has concluded with remarkable success, drawing over 2 million visitors from across the UAE and the region.

The initiative, led by Brand Dubai under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, highlighted the Hajar Mountains as a vibrant winter destination combining culture, entertainment, and community engagement.

Running for more than a month under the #DubaiDestinations campaign, Hatta Winter featured six key festivals, including the Hatta Winter Festival, Hatta Cultural Nights, Hatta Honey and Farming Festivals, Hatta Wadi Hub Festival, and the Hatta Unites Us Festival. These events offered over 30 unique activities and 150 workshops catering to families, tourists, and local communities.

Organised in collaboration with government partners such as Dubai Municipality, Dubai Culture, DET, RTA, and the Dubai Sports Council, the initiative integrated cultural, recreational, and educational experiences. Highlights included traditional farm life activities for children, star photography sessions, cooking and camping experiences, Dinner in the Sky, and the first cinema dome in the region.

The festival also supported local businesses and entrepreneurs, with 30 homegrown ventures from the ‘Proudly from Dubai’ network participating. Officials noted that the event strengthened Hatta’s reputation as a destination for eco-tourism, cultural heritage, and sustainable rural development while empowering residents and productive families.

Hatta Winter’s digital footprint was equally impressive, generating 2.4 billion online views and over 1,500 news stories, demonstrating the initiative’s wide-reaching impact. Organisers emphasized that the strong turnout and engagement reflect the success of collaborative planning, innovative programming, and Dubai’s commitment to delivering world-class experiences across diverse destinations.

The initiative has set a benchmark for future seasonal campaigns, reinforcing Hatta’s status as a leading winter destination that blends natural beauty, cultural richness, and community-driven economic growth.
