The Hatta Winter Festival has transformed the picturesque highland region into a vibrant hub for creative minds, fostering artistic expression and community collaboration.
Organized by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office, the festival is a key feature of the Hatta Winter initiative. This initiative, launched under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, runs from 13 December 2024 to 22 January 2025.
A standout event of the festival, the Creatives Walk, held on 29 December 2024, brought together writers, illustrators, videographers, designers, and artists. Participants captured Hatta’s breathtaking landscapes through their preferred artistic mediums, sharing their creations on social media with dedicated hashtags. This initiative not only showcased Hatta’s natural beauty but also extended its charm to a global audience, reinforcing the region's potential as a creative and tourism destination.
In collaboration with The Creatives Shop, the Creatives Walk highlighted the importance of ethical and innovative practices in creative professions. The Creatives Shop offered products and services tailored to enhance the productivity and innovation of creative professionals while promoting societal impact over material gains.
