Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Hatta Winter initiative launched today, positioning Hatta as a leading winter destination.
Organized by Brand Dubai in collaboration with key partners, the campaign runs from December 13, 2024, to January 22, 2025, and highlights Hatta’s rich cultural, tourism, and entertainment offerings.
This year’s event features five festivals, including the Hatta Winter Festival at Leem Lake, Hatta Cultural Nights, and the Hatta Honey Festival, all designed to appeal to families, adventurers, and culture enthusiasts. The program includes over 120 workshops, 14 activities, and community events like the Hatta Mountain Light Shows and pop-up dining experiences.
Aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, the initiative aims to support local entrepreneurship, with 30 projects showcased under the “Proudly from Dubai” network. Infrastructure enhancements, including RTA’s expanded transportation services and additional parking, ensure seamless visitor experiences.
Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson of the Dubai Media Council, emphasized the campaign’s commitment to sustainable tourism and community engagement. Last year’s edition drew 500,000 visitors in two weeks, leading to this year’s extended timeline.
With dynamic festivals and new sports facilities, Hatta Winter promises a unique blend of nature, culture, and adventure, solidifying Hatta’s position on the global tourism map.
