The Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) is set to host the fourth Dubai Photo Forum on 13th and 14th November, bringing together acclaimed photographers from across the globe for a series of creative and educational events.
The two-day forum will feature six sessions led by experts from the UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Palestine, Ethiopia, and the United States. It follows HIPA’s 14th Season Awards Ceremony at the Museum of the Future on 11th November, which will celebrate winners under the theme “Power” and draw a wide international audience.
HIPA Secretary-General Ali Bin Thalith said the surge in pre-registrations through HIPA’s website and social media reflects the growing enthusiasm of the photography community. He noted that the strong response underscores the enduring influence of previous forums, which featured 14 sessions tackling key topics shaping modern photography.
Bin Thalith reaffirmed HIPA’s dedication to empowering photographers worldwide through knowledge-sharing platforms and professional development opportunities. He expressed confidence that this year’s forum will spark new ideas and inspire participants to explore the creative and technical power of visual storytelling.
The Dubai Photo Forum continues to serve as a cornerstone of HIPA’s mission to elevate photography as both an art form and a medium for cultural exchange, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for creative innovation.
