HONOR, the global technology brand, unveiled the HONOR 200 Series at a grand event in Dubai, introducing the HONOR 200 Pro and HONOR 200. These models boast advanced AI features in cameras, chipsets, displays, and user interfaces, promising to transform the smartphone experience and portrait photography. Available in several Middle Eastern countries, the series will later roll out in South Africa.
The event highlighted HONOR's significant regional growth, with a 154% revenue increase in 2023 and 90% in early 2024. Daniel Wang, MEA President, emphasized the series' innovative AI portrait capabilities.
The event also featured AI experts and notable photographers who praised the HONOR 200 Series for its pro-grade portrait photography and AI advancements. The series includes a Triple 50MP AI Portrait Camera, AI enhancements, and rapid charging technology.
The HONOR 200 Pro and HONOR 200 are available for pre-order, with the HONOR 200 Pro featuring the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 AI chipset and MagicOS 8.0, and the HONOR 200 offering a 0 Risk AI Eye Comfort Display.
HONOR also introduced the HONOR Pad X8a, a tablet with an 11-inch display and 8300mAh battery, emphasizing ecosystem integration.
