Al Shaibani confirmed that IACAD is working to develop and provide All its services through many smart channels that help different categories of customers, regardless of time and place, to complete their transactions, which supports the process of preserving the environment.

The Director General of IACAD indicated that an internal work team was formed headed by Butti Abdullah Al Jumairi, Executive Director of the Institutional Support Sector and a number of IACAD’s directors take the responsibility towards achieving the strategy goals.

It is noteworthy that the initial steps continued in implementing the objectives of the strategy, as by the end of April of 2020, 50% of the project objectives had been achieved. IACAD took several initiatives, foremost of which was activating the use of technical systems and programs by 100%, and then withdrawing the printers.  IACAD coordinated with Dubai authorities to implement joint initiatives, such as activating the digital identity, and then stopping the paperwork.
