The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) to launch a leadership program aimed at preparing the next generation of Emirati leaders.
The “Future Leadership Empowerment – Second Line” program will train 60 emerging leaders from IACAD in advanced leadership and decision-making skills. Delivered in Arabic, the program will run in two cohorts between 2025 and 2026, relying on MBRSG’s expertise in academic and executive training.
H.E. Dr. Ali Bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of MBRSG, said the partnership reflects a national priority to develop homegrown talent capable of driving transformation and innovation. He highlighted the school’s commitment to combining practical and theoretical approaches to equip participants with the skills needed to address future challenges effectively.
Batti Abdullah Al Jumairi, Executive Director of the Corporate Support Sector at IACAD, described the initiative as a strategic step in preparing a new generation of leaders. He emphasized that empowering young national talent is both a duty and an investment in sustaining government excellence.
The agreement underscores Dubai’s commitment to aligning with the leadership’s vision of building a knowledge-driven government model, enhancing innovation, and strengthening the UAE’s global position in leadership development.
