Inception, a G42 company specializing in AI-native products, has announced the integration of cutting-edge AI models—JAIS 70B, K2-Diamond-Chat, and advanced audio services—into the latest version of its JAIS Chat mobile app.

This update aims to offer an improved AI-driven chat experience, especially for Arabic speakers.

Building on the recent launch of the JAIS 70B model, which is part of a family of 20 models trained on the world’s largest Arabic dataset, the new app introduces three AI model options. These include JAIS 30B, designed for fast responses; JAIS 70B, which provides greater precision; and K2-Diamond-Chat, a 65-billion parameter model focused on solving complex mathematical and coding tasks. K2-Diamond-Chat, developed in collaboration with Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), sets a new benchmark for symbolic expressions like algebraic simplification and differentiation.

Inception's Acting CEO, Andrew Jackson, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing top-tier AI capabilities for Arabic-speaking users.

“We want our advanced model, JAIS 70B, to be accessible to as many people as possible, across various platforms,”

Jackson said. He added that the partnership with MBZUAI aims to strengthen AI models for specialized domains, ensuring they stay at the forefront of innovation.

MBZUAI President Eric Xing echoed these sentiments, calling the collaboration a significant step towards developing AI solutions that benefit society.

The update also features enhanced audio services, including automatic transcription of Arabic speech and text-to-speech conversion, catering to the diverse needs of Arabic speakers.
