A total of 13,851 Indian companies registered, marking a 13.9 percent year-on-year increase and underscoring Dubai’s ongoing appeal as a hub for foreign investment.

Pakistan followed in second place with 6,850 new registrations, reflecting 13.1 percent growth, while Egypt secured third with 3,754 new companies, up 4.4 percent compared to the same period in 2024. Bangladeshi firms recorded the fastest growth rate, with a 31.1 percent increase, totaling 2,190 new members and placing Bangladesh fourth on the list. The United Kingdom rounded out the top five with 2,071 new businesses, growing 9.5 percent year on year.

Other countries in the top ten included Syria, China, Jordan, Türkiye, and the United States, with registrations ranging from 1,403 to 788 new companies. China and Türkiye showed modest growth of 2.6 percent and 2.5 percent respectively.

The report also highlighted sector trends among new members. Wholesale and retail trade led the way, accounting for 35.9 percent of new registrations. Real estate, renting, and business services followed closely with 34.7 percent, while construction made up 17.2 percent. Social and personal services and transport, storage, and communications contributed 7.7 percent and 7.6 percent respectively.

The data reflects Dubai’s strategic importance as a destination for international investors and entrepreneurs, with Indian businesses continuing to drive growth across multiple sectors in the emirate.
