Dubai South has officially inaugurated the new regional headquarters for JAS Middle East, a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, reinforcing the district’s position as a regional logistics powerhouse.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by prominent figures including HE Edoardo Napoli, Consul General of Italy in Dubai; Biagio Bruni, Founder & Chairman of JAS Worldwide; Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South; and Erwin Wittemaier, Area VP of JAS Middle East.
Spanning 19,170 square meters, the Build-to-Suit facility sets a new benchmark for sustainability and innovation in logistics infrastructure. ESG-compliant and designed for maximum operational efficiency, it includes racked and bulk storage, three temperature-controlled chambers, 12 loading bays with dock levellers, and a two-floor office space. The warehouse stands 14 metres tall and meets the latest firefighting regulations. Solar panels will be installed to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Located within Dubai South’s Logistics District, the facility benefits from seamless connectivity to Jebel Ali Port via a bonded logistics corridor, and proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport. The district also hosts EZDubai, a dedicated e-commerce zone, and a Contract Logistics Zone.
This launch marks a significant step in JAS’s regional expansion, further solidifying Dubai South’s role in shaping the future of logistics and aviation in the Middle East.
