K2’s Autocraft is giving Dubai Airshow visitors an early look at how urban air mobility could soon become part of daily life, unveiling a full eVTOL port experience that blends luxury, autonomy, and next-generation transport design.
The installation, running from 17 to 21 November, recreates a seamless Vertiport journey. Guests can scan a barcode, enter their details, pass through the gates, and preview the full boarding flow without any human interaction. While no flights will take place, the walkthrough is designed to show how passengers may one day book and board autonomous aerial taxis across major cities.
Sean Teo, Managing Director at K2, said the technology represents a major shift in how people will travel as urban populations rise and demand for cleaner and smarter transport accelerates. He said eVTOLs will sit at the centre of this evolution and help reshape mobility networks.
Teo said the company aims to support this new chapter by driving innovation that links airborne convenience with ground-level efficiency.
At the centre of the display is Autocraft’s E20+ eVTOL, a model capable of reaching speeds of up to 320 km per hour and built to operate as part of a future connected mobility ecosystem.
Waleed Alblooshi, Vice President of Strategy at K2, said the Dubai Airshow demonstration offers more than a preview of an eVTOL port. He said it provides a look at how aerial and intelligent ground travel could merge to redefine movement in the years ahead.
