Koko Bay invites guests to embark on an exciting culinary journey during the upcoming Foodie Experiences program, a highlight of the Dubai Food Festival (DFF). Taking place every week from April 19 to May 12, exclusively for the sunseekers. We are inviting guests to a memorable beach day experience with a sun-lounger paired with a delightful 3-course set menu specially curated by the culinary experts at Koko Bay.
Starters include a refreshing Maguro Ceviche that features yellowfin tuna, yuzu ponzu, edamame and jalapeno. Diners can also enjoy freshly shucked premium French Oysters served with a delicious sauce mignonette and a spiced Bloody Mary, or Zaatar Lavash served with mouth-watering duo hummus dips.
For the main course, guests can savor dishes like Char-grilled Spring Chicken drizzled with a hickory pineapple-infused barbeque sauce, sweet potato and creamed corn humitas. They can also enjoy a Robata Grilled Mediterranean Seabream Fillet or an Apulian Burrata Risotto topped with basil, rocket leaves and aged Parmigiano.
To end the meal on a sweet note, visitors can choose from a variety of desserts. These include a mouth-watering Key Lime Pie, Tres Leche Cake, or Koko Bay’s signature Kokonut Lemongrass Burnt Basque Cheesecake. The desserts are also served with stone fruit, berry compote, and a coconut meringue cigar!
