Legend Holding Group has signed an agreement with Dubai Industrial City, part of TECOM Group PJSC, to develop a one-million-square-foot mobility and green energy solutions hub, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the UAE’s growing industrial and automotive sector.
The AED 300 million project will serve as a one-stop destination for the mobility industry, integrating the full automotive supply chain from manufacturing to aftersales services. Scheduled to launch in 2027, the facility will create more than 700 jobs across engineering, sales, assembly, and support functions.
Saud Abu Alshawareb, Executive Vice President of Industrial at TECOM Group, said the new hub will strengthen the UAE’s manufacturing capabilities and boost the regional automotive supply chain. He added that Dubai Industrial City’s infrastructure and location are designed to attract projects aligned with national strategies such as Operation 300bn, Make it in the Emirates, and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
According to Mira Wu, Co-Founder and Vice Chairperson of Legend Holding Group, the facility represents the company’s vision to become a trusted leader in automotive and mobility innovation. The hub will include assembly lines for Legend Motorcycles, capable of producing 15,000 EV and non-EV motorcycles annually, as well as operations for Legend Motors, Legend AutoHub, and Legend Green Energy Solutions.
Equipped with solar panels to generate clean energy, the hub aligns with Legend Holding Group’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. Founded in 2008, the group operates across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, serving over one million customers annually across sectors including automotive, logistics, green energy, and technology.
