Legend Holding Group has officially opened its global headquarters in Dubai, reinforcing its strategic role in strengthening UAE-China economic relations.
The inauguration ceremony gathered key dignitaries, including Ou Boqian, Consul-General of China in Dubai, and Abdulla Al Saleh, Under-Secretary of the UAE Ministry of Economy, alongside government officials and industry partners. The event underscored a shared vision for sustainable development and long-term collaboration.
In her address, Ou Boqian highlighted Legend’s rapid global growth and its growing impact in the UAE.
“Legend Holding Group started small and now spans over 10 countries and 56 regions, with more than 500 employees and an expected AED 1.5 billion output for 2024,”
she said. She also noted China’s 11-year run as the UAE’s largest trading partner and applauded Legend’s role in economic, cultural, and social engagement, including its participation in the Dubai Forum and charitable Ramadan initiatives.
Abdulla Al Saleh described Legend as a model enterprise that mirrors the UAE’s economic ambitions.
“Through its infrastructure investments and commitment to clean energy, Legend supports our Net Zero 2050 goals,”
he said.
Founder and Chairman Kai Zheng reflected on the company’s transformation into a future-focused enterprise.
“We’re not just growing—we’re building ecosystems across EVs, smart mobility, technology, and digital solutions,”
he noted.
He added that 75% of all vehicles sold by Legend in 2024 were electric, aligning with the UAE’s sustainability targets and reinforcing the group’s leadership in clean mobility.
