The Board of Directors of Mada Media (PJSC), chaired by His Excellency Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, has announced the appointment of Mansoor Al Sabahi as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
The decision reflects the Board’s confidence in Al Sabahi’s leadership capabilities and extensive experience in finance, investment, and strategic governance.
Commenting on the appointment, His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), expressed confidence that Al Sabahi’s background and expertise position him well to lead Mada Media towards achieving its strategic objectives. He wished the new CEO success as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Al Sabahi stated that he is honoured to receive the trust of the Board and is focused on strengthening Mada Media’s role in the Out-of-Home advertising sector. He highlighted the company’s commitment to enhancing Dubai’s urban aesthetic and sustainability while aligning its efforts with the city’s global standing. His priorities include supporting the development of an integrated urban ecosystem that contributes to the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan by stimulating economic growth, creating high-quality investment opportunities, and building strong partnerships with national and international investors.
Established in September 2024 under Law No. (20) issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Mada Media is mandated to manage, organise, and develop Dubai’s Out-of-Home advertising sector. The company aims to generate world-class investment opportunities while preserving the city’s vibrant visual identity and advancing sustainability goals in line with long-term urban planning objectives.
Mada Media’s Board of Directors includes senior leaders from across Dubai’s public sector, with His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer serving as Chairman and Hussein Mohammed Al Banna as Vice Chairman. Mansoor Al Sabahi brings to the role a strong track record from his tenure at leading financial institutions and the RTA, where he played a key role in expanding public-private partnerships and driving strategic investment initiatives.
