‘Make it in the Emirates 2025’ Expands to 12 Strategic Sectors

The ADNEC Group has announced the fourth edition of Make it in the Emirates, set to be the largest in the initiative’s history.

Organised by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Abu Dhabi Investment Office, ADNOC, and ADNEC Group, the event will take place at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi across a massive 50,000 square metres.

Expanding its focus to 12 strategic sectors, Make it in the Emirates 2025 aims to accelerate industrial growth, bolster local production, and drive future-ready innovation in line with the UAE’s Operation 300bn strategy. This year’s edition will feature a record number of exhibitors including global companies, startups, and entrepreneurs.

Newly introduced sectors include Food, Beverage & Agricultural Tech—spotlighting sustainable food systems and precision agriculture—and Pharmaceuticals & Medical Tech, which will showcase biotech innovations and digital healthcare solutions. Ship, Maritime & Boat Manufacturing will highlight Emirati excellence in marine engineering and vessel technology.

Other key sectors include Metals & Fabrication, Advanced Manufacturing & AI, Chemicals & Sustainable Materials, Hydrogen, Electrical Equipment & Electronics, Machinery & Equipment, Construction & Materials, Handicrafts, and Aerospace, Automobile & Defence.

The event will emphasise automation, AI, clean energy, and sustainable practices—strengthening the UAE’s vision for a resilient, diversified, and competitive industrial base. It also reinforces the nation’s role as a global industrial hub by fostering cross-border partnerships, investment, and collaboration.

With an expanded scope and strategic focus, Make it in the Emirates 2025 is poised to shape the future of manufacturing and innovation in the region and beyond.
