The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai South has expanded its collaboration with UUDS AERO as the company scales up operations with two new Code F plots designed to support wide body aircraft cabin completion and retrofit, reinforcing Dubai’s ambition to become a global aerospace centre.
The expansion allows UUDS AERO to independently accommodate up to three wide body aircraft, responding to rising regional and international demand for advanced cabin completion and modification services. The move aligns with MBRAH’s strategy to support long term industry growth through specialised infrastructure and innovation focused facilities.
As part of the development, MBRAH will deliver a 40,000 square metre Cabin Excellence Center within the Airline Manufacturing and Supply Chain Zone. Once operational, it will be the first facility of its kind in the region and is expected to add new capabilities across engineering, manufacturing, and cabin innovation.
Tahnoon Saif, CEO of MBR Aerospace Hub, said the project marks a major milestone in building a fully integrated aerospace ecosystem in Dubai. He noted that the new centre will help global players grow while strengthening the emirate’s position as an aviation capital.
Gilles Negre, Founder and Chairman of UUDS AERO, said the expansion would enhance the company’s ability to deliver advanced, eco efficient cabin solutions, adding that Dubai South’s connectivity and integrated environment make it an ideal base for innovation.
UUDS AERO is a fully integrated cabin completion and modification provider certified by EASA and GCAA. MBRAH, developed by Dubai South, continues to attract airlines, MROs, private aviation firms, and aerospace manufacturers, supporting Dubai’s wider aviation and industrial vision.
