In a landmark event attended by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Emirates Airline and Group, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) officially inaugurated a cutting-edge facility by Comlux, a global leader in business aviation.
The event, held at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai South, also saw the presence of senior officials, including Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation, and Tahnoon Saif, CEO of MBRAH.
Spanning over 20,000 square meters, the new Comlux facility is strategically located within the VIP Terminal's aircraft maintenance area. The facility also provides aircraft cleaning and cabin detailing services, ensuring seamless operations for clients.
Tahnoon Saif highlighted the importance of the facility, stating,
“The opening of Comlux’s state-of-the-art facility reflects our commitment to attracting global companies and driving innovation in the aviation industry. It reinforces Dubai’s position as a global aviation leader.”
Richard Gaona, Chairman of Comlux, added,
“This facility is a strategic move to support our regional clients. We are grateful to MBRAH for enabling us to establish this center, which will enhance our operations under the leadership of Jean-Michel Champredonde, General Manager of Comlux Middle East & Africa.”
