Dubai’s Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has reported a 15% rise in private jet movements during the first half of 2025, handling 9,753 flights and reinforcing Al Maktoum International Airport’s status as the Middle East’s leading business aviation hub.

H.E. Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, highlighted that the growth reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to position Dubai as a global destination for investors, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. He emphasized MBRAH’s commitment to world-class infrastructure and services that support international business aviation.

MBRAH serves as a free-zone hub for airlines, private jet operators, and aerospace industries, offering advanced connectivity for global aviation players. The hub also hosts maintenance facilities, training programs, and educational campuses, enhancing Dubai’s capabilities in aerospace operations and workforce development.

The increase in private jet movements signals strong confidence from international partners in Dubai’s aviation sector and its ability to accommodate growing demand. Dubai South’s strategic development of MBRAH underscores the emirate’s long-term plan to strengthen its position as a global aviation and business hub.

With continued investment in infrastructure and services, MBRAH is set to maintain its momentum as a central gateway for international business aviation, contributing to Dubai’s broader economic growth and connectivity ambitions.
