The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub has signed an agreement with Tariq Al Futtaim Group to build a new aviation facility that aims to elevate service capabilities in Dubai’s expanding aviation sector.
The project will be developed and operated by Jet Park Investment, the aviation investment arm of Tariq Al Futtaim Group. The company focuses on advancing aviation technology and infrastructure across the region. The planned facility covers 15,040 square metres and includes an apron area of 10,019 square metres.
According to MBRAH, the development will offer end-to-end ground logistics, parts handling and light maintenance services. It is designed to support rising demand for high quality business aviation solutions in Dubai.
The agreement was signed by Tahnoon Saif, CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, and Abdelraouf Al Taher, Managing Director of Jet Park Investment. The signing took place during a ceremony at the Dubai Airshow 2025 in the presence of senior officials from both entities.
Tahnoon Saif said the partnership strengthens MBRAH’s growing aviation infrastructure and reinforces Dubai’s position as a leading global hub.
