In line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) has launched a new initiative titled "Documenting the Legacy of Sheikh Rashid."
This project aims to chronicle the life and accomplishments of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, focusing on his transformative contributions to politics, society, and public life as the Ruler of Dubai.
Launched on the 34th anniversary of Sheikh Rashid’s passing, the initiative features a comprehensive archive detailing his leadership and role in shaping Dubai into a global model for economic, urban, and commercial success.
Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of MBRF, emphasized that the project underscores a profound sense of national pride, preserving the legacy of a visionary leader for future generations.
“Sheikh Rashid was the mastermind behind Dubai's modern transformation,"
said Bin Huwaireb.
"His vision laid the foundation for Dubai’s rise as a world-class city, a legacy that continues under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum."
The project not only preserves the history of Sheikh Rashid’s leadership but also serves as an inspiration for future generations, showcasing the values and principles that have driven Dubai’s continued success.
