Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Centre for Endowment Consultancy (MBRGCEC), part of Awqaf Dubai, is redefining charitable innovation with ten groundbreaking endowment initiatives that strengthen the emirate’s global leadership in sustainable social impact.

The projects span health, education, food, and social development, directly improving the lives of low-income families and individuals. They include the region’s first endowment bonds, which channel investment returns into healthcare, orphan care, and education, as well as unique initiatives such as free legal consultations, university seat funding, and endowment-supported meals at restaurants.

Other programs target everyday needs, from distributing fresh bread and surplus dates to offering digital learning solutions and providing hotel stays for orphans. Collectively, they ensure giving remains sustainable, impactful, and aligned with modern community needs.

His Excellency Ali Al Mutawa, Secretary General of Awqaf Dubai, said the initiatives embody the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to position endowments as drivers of social and economic development.

“We are committed to creating sustainable, flexible, and innovative endowments that serve all members of society,”

he noted.

Since its establishment, MBRGCEC has supported nearly 416,000 beneficiaries and continues to provide advisory services to organisations looking to expand charitable impact through modern endowment practices.
