The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has reported steady progress on four major housing projects across Dubai, set to deliver 1,749 homes worth over AED3.3 billion.

The developments, located in Wadi Al Amardi, Al Awir, Hatta, and Al Yalayis 5, mark a key milestone in Dubai’s efforts to enhance housing stability for Emirati citizens.

The projects form part of a broader AED5.4 billion housing programme approved in January 2025 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. The initiative aims to provide 3,004 homes and elevate citizens’ quality of life through sustainable and integrated community developments.

Mohammed Al Shehhi, Acting CEO of MBRHE, said the establishment is prioritising the completion of housing projects that promote comfort, safety, and well-being, aligning with the leadership’s vision to make Dubai the best city to live in.

The Wadi Al Amardi project includes 432 homes on 3.669 million square feet, valued at AED767 million, and is set for completion in early 2026. In Al Awir, 398 homes covering 3.217 million square feet are being developed for AED734 million, also targeted for early 2026 delivery.

In Hatta, MBRHE is constructing 213 homes over 2.654 million square feet with an investment of AED508 million, supporting the region’s transformation into a modern urban and tourism hub by late 2026.

The largest project, Al Yalayis 5, will feature 706 homes across 7 million square feet at a cost of AED1.31 billion. Scheduled for completion in late 2028, it will serve as a model for sustainable, fully serviced residential communities.

Al Shehhi reaffirmed that these projects reflect Dubai’s enduring commitment to creating stable, modern, and people-focused housing environments for its citizens.
