MBRHE and GIMI Forge Strategic Partnership to Drive Innovation in Housing
Dubai’s housing sector is set to undergo a transformative shift as the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI).
Announced during the Innovation Hackathon at Grand Hyatt Dubai, this collaboration underscores Dubai’s commitment to smart, sustainable, and future-ready housing solutions.
The partnership will integrate advanced innovation methodologies into MBRHE’s housing initiatives, leveraging GIMI’s expertise in innovation management, research, and certification programs. A key focus will be the adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to optimize housing design and service efficiency.
H.E. Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, CEO of MBRHE, highlighted the significance of this initiative, stating,
