The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) and the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) in Dubai have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen their partnership in housing and community services.
This collaboration aims to create innovative and sustainable housing solutions, addressing the diverse needs of Emirati families and enhancing overall quality of life.
The MoU focuses on integrating housing, community, and religious services to foster family stability and social cohesion. Under this agreement, MBRHE and IACAD will work together on community-oriented programs promoting family stability and awareness, while supporting individuals in housing and religious services.
Mr. Thilal Khalifa Al Falasi, Assistant CEO for Corporate Support Sector at MBRHE, emphasized the partnership's commitment to comprehensive community support:
“This MoU reinforces our mission to provide housing and community services that meet citizens’ needs, underscoring our role in fostering family stability among Emirati families.”
Mr. Mohammad Musabeh Dhahi, Acting Executive Director of the Charitable Work Sector at IACAD, highlighted IACAD’s commitment to an inclusive residential environment covering social and religious aspects:
“Through this partnership, we aim to create a balanced, sustainable society with tailored housing solutions and awareness programs for the community.”
The MoU also aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, which seeks to enhance residents' quality of life by providing an integrated, sustainable residential environment. This partnership marks a significant step towards achieving these long-term goals, reinforcing stability and social well-being within the Emirati community.
