The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) to enhance cooperation in research, development, training, and capacity building.
The partnership aims to strengthen mid-level management capabilities and support the UAE’s vision of sustainable government excellence.
The MoU, signed at MBRHE headquarters in the presence of representatives from both entities, will focus on training and qualifying middle-management employees, improving their academic and practical skills to better contribute to the Establishment’s strategic objectives.
Mr. Dhallal Bin Quraish Al Falasi, Assistant CEO of MBRHE’s Corporate Support Sector, highlighted the significance of the agreement, stating it reflects the Establishment’s commitment to leveraging academic expertise to advance the housing ecosystem and deliver innovative services that enhance citizens’ quality of life.
Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, CEO of MBRSG, emphasized that the partnership aligns with the School’s mission to equip government institutions with knowledge and expertise. He noted the collaboration will support the development of specialized training programs, promote knowledge exchange, and foster a culture of innovation within mid-level leadership, enabling the UAE to maintain a leading position in sustainable government administration.
The MoU marks a qualitative step in strengthening ties between government and academic institutions, reinforcing MBRHE’s efforts to build strategic partnerships, elevate service standards, and embed a culture of excellence and innovation in the housing sector.
Through this initiative, both institutions aim to cultivate national talent capable of meeting future challenges and advancing the UAE’s broader development goals, in line with the directives of the nation’s leadership.
