Dubai Holding Real Estate’s Meraas has awarded a contract exceeding AED 2 billion to Arabian Construction Company LLC for the construction of Design Quarter at d3, marking the launch of the first residential community within Dubai Design District (d3), a globally recognized creative and design hub.
Slated for completion by mid-2027, the ambitious project will feature 558 apartments housed across three buildings—one low-rise and two high-rise towers, situated atop a meticulously designed landscaped podium.
This podium will act as a vibrant social hub, seamlessly connecting the residential structures while offering an array of amenities, including co-working spaces, an indoor-outdoor gym, swimming pool, barbecue areas, and dedicated play zones for children. The community is envisioned to foster a dynamic and collaborative environment, aligning with d3’s reputation as a thriving space for innovation and creativity.
