Meraas has awarded a AED 340 million construction contract to Al Sahel Contracting for the new Riwa apartments at Madinat Jumeirah Living, marking another major step in the community’s ongoing expansion and strengthening the long-term partnership between the two developers.
The project will deliver three ten storey residential buildings comprising 244 premium units, including one to three bedroom apartments and a four bedroom penthouse. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
Meraas and Al Sahel Contracting have collaborated across multiple phases of Madinat Jumeirah Living, with the contractor nearing completion of the fifth phase after delivering four earlier stages. The agreement reflects Meraas’ continued focus on quality, design and craftsmanship in its residential offerings.
Riwa has been designed with contemporary elegance featuring refined facades that blend with the community’s modern heritage aesthetic. Homes will include light filled interiors, elevated finishes and layouts curated for sophisticated urban living.

Located in the Jumeirah district, Riwa will offer residents access to landscaped courtyards, parklands, fitness centres, pools and children’s play areas. The masterplan promotes walkability through interconnected pathways and provides convenient links to major roads and nearby destinations including Jumeirah Beach, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.
