Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a AED 440 million contract to GCC Contracting for the development of City Walk Northline, marking the next phase in the expansion of one of Dubai’s most dynamic lifestyle destinations.

The project, set for completion in the third quarter of 2027, will feature three premium residential buildings.

The Northline development will include City Walk Northline 1, an eight-storey residence with 114 one- to three-bedroom apartments, and City Walk Northline 2, comprising two eight-storey buildings offering a total of 190 units. Designed to elevate modern urban living, the residences will combine sleek, minimalist architecture with contemporary interiors and high-end amenities.

Residents will have access to private terraces, infinity-edge pools, state-of-the-art gyms and elegant communal areas. The design draws inspiration from nearby landmarks such as The Green Planet and Central Park, creating a cohesive visual connection with the surrounding area.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, described the project as “a significant milestone” in City Walk’s continued growth, adding that it reflects Meraas’s commitment to delivering exceptional homes that enhance Dubai’s urban landscape.

Bipin Chandran, Executive Director and CEO of GCC Contracting, noted that the partnership underscores both companies’ dedication to quality and innovation in real estate development.

Strategically located between Jumeirah Street and Sheikh Zayed Road, City Walk Northline offers easy access to major attractions including Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach, further cementing City Walk’s reputation as one of Dubai’s most sought-after mixed-use communities.
