Meraas has unveiled The Edit at d3, a new residential development designed to redefine modern city living within Dubai Design District.
The project introduces a bold architectural presence along the Dubai Canal and places residents at the centre of one of the region’s most active creative hubs.
The Edit at d3 brings three sculptural waterfront towers to the district, offering 557 contemporary homes ranging from one to four bedrooms, along with a collection of signature penthouses. The towers feature softened forms, curved corners and flowing balcony lines that highlight the development’s design-led approach.
Interiors are anchored by elevated sky gardens that draw natural light and greenery into the buildings. These landscaped spaces host wellness areas, terraces and social lounges that create a sense of openness in the urban setting.
Residents will have access to a wide suite of amenities, including resort-style pools, co-working and creative studios, family zones, a health club with yoga and fitness areas, gaming lounges and a private cinema. The development also links directly to d3’s waterfront promenades, galleries, cafés and fashion ateliers.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the project reflects Dubai’s evolving spirit as a city shaped by design and innovation. He noted that The Edit at d3 embodies Meraas’ commitment to creating vibrant communities and enhancing districts that blend creativity with contemporary living.
The launch comes as Dubai Design District enters a new phase of expansion, set to increase its built-up area by nearly 500,000 sqft and introduce additional creative industries, cultural venues and dining concepts. The Edit at d3 positions its residents at the heart of this fast-growing ecosystem.
