The Hero Dubai Desert Classic has announced Destination Mina Seyahi as the Official Hotel Partner for its 2026 tournament, marking a strategic collaboration between one of the Middle East’s most prestigious sporting events and a leading hospitality destination.
The partnership will be showcased during the 37th edition of the tournament, scheduled to take place at Emirates Golf Club from 22 to 25 January 2026.
As part of the agreement, Mina Seyahi Resorts will host key players, international visitors, and VIP guests throughout the tournament. The Hero Dubai Desert Classic continues to strengthen its global appeal, with 15 percent of attendees at the 2025 edition travelling from overseas. Often referred to as the “Major of the Middle East,” the tournament is one of the DP World Tour’s most internationally attended events. The partnership with Mina Seyahi ensures that players and guests enjoy premium hospitality that complements the tournament’s global stature.
Tournament organisers highlighted that Mina Seyahi’s diverse offering, featuring 21 dining and entertainment venues and scenic waterfront settings, provides an ideal environment for players and visitors alike. The 2026 tournament is set to welcome a world-class field, including defending champion Tyrrell Hatton, four-time winner Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood, Viktor Hovland, Dustin Johnson, and Shane Lowry. Beyond championship golf, the event will feature live entertainment, family activities, sustainability workshops, and a new Eat Street culinary hub.
