Dubai real estate market recorded 628 sales transactions worth AED1.78 billion, in addition to 87 mortgage deals of AED157.44 million, and 23 gift deals amounting to AED129.07 million on Thursday, data released by Dubai's Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 564 villas and apartments worth AED1.29 billion, and 64 land plots worth AED485.74 million. The mortgages included 77 villas and apartments worth AED116.79 million and 10 land plots valued at AED40.66 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED2 billion.
