The UAE Ministry of Education (MoE), in collaboration with the Emirates College for Advanced Education (ECAE), has launched a series of nationwide teacher recruitment fairs set to run from April to May 2025.

This strategic initiative aims to attract qualified UAE nationals and residents to teaching and educational support roles across the public education sector.

Targeting both seasoned professionals and fresh graduates from local universities, the fairs support the MoE’s strategic plan for the 2025–2026 academic year. The goal is to bring in skilled educators who can help shape the future of UAE youth and support the national vision for educational excellence.

The series kicks off on 19 April at the Zayed Educational Complex in Al Barsha, Dubai, and continues across key locations including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, and Al Ain, wrapping up on 21 May at UAE University in Al Ain.

More than ten subjects will be covered, including English, Arabic, Islamic Studies, Sciences, Business Administration, and Mathematics. Each fair will feature interactive workshops led by recruitment committees, offering insight into MoE’s frameworks, hiring criteria, and professional pathways. Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their CVs for on-the-spot consideration.

In addition to a rigorous selection process, successful candidates will be offered tailored training programmes aimed at enhancing their teaching skills and aligning them with national education goals.

The fairs also present a chance for prospective educators to learn about the MoE’s employment packages and the broader development priorities of the UAE’s education sector.
