The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has announced a new initiative to enhance cooperation with the Emirates School Establishment (ESE) by integrating the documents attestation service with ESE’s school certificate issuance service.

This integration allows customers to complete three government transactions in one procedure via a unified online platform.

The new process significantly reduces the service completion time from six days to just three minutes, eliminating the need for a courier service. Previously, transactions took three days within the UAE and an additional three days for international processing.

Customers can now access the attestation service proactively through ESE’s digital channels, opting for MoFA attestation during the application for the "issuance and attestation of a school certificate-public education" service. This streamlined approach eliminates the need to visit multiple websites, offering a comprehensive service in one place.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to integrate MoFA’s document attestation service with digital services from various entities, aligning with the “Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme” to provide exceptional, user-centric services.

The ESE emphasized that this project underscores its commitment to delivering a premium service experience that meets the needs of students and parents. The integration reflects substantial collaboration between the ESE and MoFA, aimed at saving customers time and effort by providing services through a single digital channel. This step is a testament to the ESE’s efforts, in partnership with MoFA, to support the UAE’s strategic objectives in the services sector.
