Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai South has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art service centre for RH Aero Systems, reinforcing Dubai’s growing role as a strategic hub for global aviation services.
The newly opened RH Aero Service Centre will act as the company’s regional base for Ground Support Equipment and Engine and Airframe Tooling services across the Middle East, Africa, and India, supporting RH Aero’s expanding international service network.
Spanning approximately 2,800 square metres, the facility is divided into four adjacent bays of 700 square metres each and has been purpose-built to accommodate future growth and expanded technical capabilities. The design reflects RH Aero’s long-term commitment to serving customers in the region with greater speed and efficiency.
Senior executives from both organisations attended the inauguration, including Tahnoon Saif, Chief Executive Officer of the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, and Martin Dürr, Executive Vice President for the EMEAI region at RH Aero.
The centre will provide inspection, testing, calibration, and recertification services, alongside maintenance, repair, and overhaul of tooling and GSE. Additional capabilities include proof-load testing, modification and upgrade programmes, and local technical support, including on-site services and Aircraft on Ground assistance.
According to Tahnoon Saif, the new facility represents another step in strengthening Dubai’s position as a global aviation centre and highlights the confidence international aviation players place in MBRAH’s integrated ecosystem.
Martin Dürr said the centre will enable faster turnaround times, OEM-aligned tooling and GSE solutions, and closer proximity to customers, enhancing RH Aero’s ability to support airlines, MROs, and OEM partners across the region.
