The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has unveiled plans for The VIP Terminal Boulevard, a landmark development aimed at attracting leading aviation companies and luxury retailers, reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global aviation hub.
Stretching 769 metres beside the bustling VIP Terminal, the boulevard will feature 16 premium buildings across 204,000 square metres. It will offer advanced facilities, high-end retail outlets, and office spaces tailored for international aviation businesses. Construction has already started on Aviation One, a six-storey building that blends contemporary architecture with functional layouts.
The project will be delivered in phases starting in 2026, with MBRAH positioning the development as a gateway for global players to expand their presence in the region.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dubai Airports, and Emirates Airline and Group, said the initiative reflects Dubai’s long-standing vision to strengthen aviation as a key pillar of its economy. He noted that demand for aviation services continues to rise, supported by the emirate’s advanced ecosystem and the ongoing expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport.
“The VIP Terminal Boulevard is a significant addition to the world-class facilities at MBRAH. It will open new opportunities for leading aviation companies and luxury brands to flourish, while further strengthening Dubai’s position as a premier destination for businesses and a key player on the global aviation map,”
Sheikh Ahmed said.
MBRAH, part of Dubai South, serves as a free-zone hub for international airlines, private jet operators, and aerospace industries, providing connectivity, training, and maintenance facilities to drive innovation and growth in the sector.
