The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has launched the Sky Support Complex, a state-of-the-art facility aimed at addressing the rising demand for aviation-related services in the region.
Located within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the new landside complex spans 16,661 square metres and features 14 premium units. Designed for operational efficiency, it offers companies flexibility, world-class infrastructure, and direct access to the broader Dubai South ecosystem. Its proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport ensures seamless connectivity for logistics and operations.
The Sky Support Complex operates within MBRAH’s bonded free zone, granting tenants 100% foreign ownership and offering flexible warehouse, office, and commercial spaces to suit a variety of business needs. MBRAH also emphasises that the facility’s infrastructure is designed to surpass typical free zone standards, positioning it as an attractive choice for global aviation and logistics companies.
Mohammad Al Falasi, Deputy CEO of MBRAH, said:
The sustained growth in the aviation sector and the rising demand for aviation-related services from regional and global companies have driven us to continue expanding our infrastructure. The launch of the Sky Support Complex is a direct response to this growing need, as we remain committed to delivering high-quality facilities that support our partners and contribute to Dubai’s position as a global aviation hub.
MBRAH serves as a key free-zone destination for the aerospace industry, hosting major airlines, private jet operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) companies, and related businesses. In addition to maintenance centres, it houses training and education campuses, reinforcing Dubai’s goal of becoming a leading global centre for aviation excellence.
With the opening of the Sky Support Complex, MBRAH is expected to further strengthen its role as a driver of growth in the regional aerospace sector, providing an ideal platform for companies to expand their operations in the Middle East and beyond.
