His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has approved the allocation of 4,631 residential land plots worth AED5.3 billion, reinforcing Dubai’s commitment to citizen welfare and long-term urban development.

The plots span more than 71 million square feet across Al Eyas, Latifa City, and Mushrif, forming part of a broader housing strategy aimed at creating integrated, sustainable communities. Allocation will be processed through the Emirati platform on the DubaiNow app in the coming week.

The initiative aligns with Dubai’s vision to prioritise citizens’ wellbeing through modern housing solutions. Sheikh Mohammed reiterated that Emirati families remain central to the emirate’s development agenda, with a focus on stability, quality of life, and cohesive community living.

The new communities are designed to meet advanced urban planning standards, incorporating green spaces, pedestrian-friendly layouts, and integrated service centres. The developments will also feature essential amenities such as mosques, schools, retail hubs, and recreational facilities, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

According to Marwan bin Ghalita, the project reflects Dubai’s commitment to sustainable growth and enhancing citizens’ living standards. He noted that the initiative supports long-term urban planning goals and strengthens social stability.

The allocation is closely aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, which focuses on people-centric development and global competitiveness. By combining infrastructure, sustainability, and community-focused design, the initiative aims to position Dubai as one of the world’s leading cities for family life.
