MoHAP Invites Feedback on Zero Government Bureaucracy Initiative

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has called on its customers, including individuals and private sector entities, to participate in the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme Questionnaire.

The questionnaire aims to measure the impact of recent improvements introduced to facilitate service provision, reduce procedures, eliminate duplicate requirements, and establish a leading user experience in the health sector, aligning with the UAE government's commitment to delivering innovative services.

The move is also set to support the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to implement the "Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme” and is in line with the wise leadership’s vision to make the UAE government the best service provider globally.

The "Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme” was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to simplify life for the public and foster a business environment that attracts both talent and investment, aligning with the goals of the "We the UAE 2031" vision.

Its objective is to streamline procedures, making them the simplest, fastest, easiest, and most efficient possible, thereby reducing unnecessary burdens on businesses and individuals in terms of time, effort, and resources, and enhancing the quality of life within society.

Practical procedures

The Ministry has streamlined health services, removed unnecessary requirements, and leveraged digital technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. These initiatives improve customer satisfaction and align with the UAE's goal of enhancing community health and quality of life.

Engaging customers in service development

Abdullah Ahmed Ahli, Acting Assistant Under-Secretary for the Support Services Sector at MoHAP, emphasised that the questionnaire seeks to engage MoHAP customers in the implementation process of the "Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme” and enhance the efficiency as well as effectiveness of the health services offered.

Ahli noted that the Ministry will spare no effort to develop an integrated health system, underpinned by advanced policies and the management of innovative health programmes that utilise digital data, aiming to provide comprehensive health services to the community and lead in offering the best customer experiences and enhancing quality of life.
