In a significant move to enhance government services, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) organized a panel discussion with people of determination at Emirates Towers, Dubai.

This initiative aligns with the UAE's Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, aimed at streamlining government procedures and fostering an innovative service environment.

The event was attended by key figures, including Abdullah Ahli, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services Sector, and Mohamed bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services for the UAE Government, alongside representatives from Emirates Health Services.

Dr. Mohammed Salim Al Olama, Undersecretary of MoHAP, highlighted the ministry's commitment to the programme's objectives.

"The panel discussion with people of determination is part of our strategy to enhance interaction and communication with society. We aim to develop services based on customer preferences and needs, promoting a culture of participatory design,"

he stated.

Al Olama emphasized the importance of re-engineering services and employing digital technologies to analyze customer needs, aligning with the 'We the UAE 2031' vision.

"We are dedicated to speeding up procedures and simplifying transactions to provide proactive solutions that meet and exceed expectations."

Abdullah Ahli elaborated on the initiative's goals, stating,

"The dialogue session is one of many efforts to involve people of determination in implementing the Zero Bureaucracy Programme. We aim to design faster and simpler services, facilitating the exchange of ideas to enhance the quality of the Ministry’s services."

The session concluded with a commitment to document and analyze the inputs from participants, leveraging innovative ideas to support the programme's goals. The positive interaction underscored the importance of such initiatives in realizing the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme and meeting the specific needs of people of determination.
