The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has been honored with the Excellence in Health Tech Innovation Award at the Tech Innovation Awards, hosted by Entrepreneur Middle East.
The accolade recognizes MoHAP's pioneering efforts in digital transformation and underscores the UAE's commitment to leveraging advanced technology for enhancing government services.
MoHAP was celebrated for its groundbreaking initiatives, including the e-services platform, MoHAP app, Artificial Intelligence Centre, and the Zero Trust Project. These projects align with the Ministry’s strategic goals of fostering sustainability, elevating government service quality, and preparing for future technological advancements.
The award ceremony, held in Dubai, gathered leading technology innovators from across the Middle East. This achievement further establishes the UAE as a global leader in modernizing public services and adopting cutting-edge innovations.
Abdullah Ahli, Acting Assistant Under-Secretary for the Support Services Sector, highlighted the Ministry's commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction through digital transformation.
“This award recognizes our excellence in digital innovation and fuels our drive to develop initiatives aligned with the UAE Digital Government Strategy 2025,”
he stated.
Hamda Al Mazmi, Acting Director of the Information Technology Department, expressed pride in the Ministry's achievements. She noted that the updated MoHAP app has significantly improved service accessibility and customer satisfaction, while the Artificial Intelligence Centre has played a crucial role in the Ministry's success.
By embracing digital technologies and prioritizing customer feedback, MoHAP continues to lead in delivering future-ready health solutions, reinforcing its position as a model for global excellence in public service innovation.
