MoHRE Records 59% Growth in Smart Transactions in 2024
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has successfully completed over 34 million smart transactions in 2024, marking a significant 59% increase compared to last year's tally of over 20 million.
This remarkable growth underscores the ministry's effective integration of digital solutions and Artificial Intelligence (AI), streamlining processes, reducing bureaucracy, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
The increase in digital interactions is a key indicator of the UAE’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its position as a global leader in digital governance and the best place to live and work. MoHRE’s smart service ecosystem has been tailored to meet the evolving needs and expectations of customers, offering enhanced reliability, security, and accessibility. This, in turn, has boosted customer satisfaction and reinforced the ministry's commitment to delivering services promptly and efficiently.
As part of the country's broader digital transformation agenda, MoHRE’s platform now offers more than 100 services available 24/7 through its website and mobile app. These services are designed to improve business flexibility, labour market competitiveness, and the UAE’s global reputation for excellence in public service.
