Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, has announced a strategic partnership with Liferay and CODE81 to accelerate digital transformation across the UAE.
The collaboration aims to strengthen the country’s position as a global digital leader by delivering secure, scalable, and innovative digital platforms.
The agreement was signed by Mohammed Bin Sulaiman, CEO of Moro Hub, Moussalam Dalati, General Manager for the Middle East, Africa, and France at Liferay, and Nader Paslar, General Manager of CODE81.
Bin Sulaiman said the partnership reflects Moro Hub’s commitment to supporting the UAE’s digital economy strategy and Net Zero ambitions.
“By joining forces with world-class partners like Liferay and CODE81, we are enabling organisations to accelerate transformation, encourage innovation, and reinforce the UAE’s position as a regional and global leader in digital excellence,”
he said.
The alliance brings together Liferay’s global digital experience expertise, CODE81’s regional implementation capabilities, and Moro Hub’s advanced hosting infrastructure. This synergy aims to help organisations enhance digital engagement and build sustainable, future-ready ecosystems.
Dalati highlighted that citizen-centric, hyper-personalised experiences are central to the region’s digital evolution. He said Liferay’s open-source, AI-enabled platform integrates seamlessly with existing systems to create unified and secure digital environments.
Paslar added that the partnership would empower organisations to turn vision into measurable impact by building intelligent and trusted digital platforms that drive innovation and competitiveness.
The collaboration supports the UAE’s broader digital vision, aligning with ongoing efforts to create connected, secure, and resilient ecosystems that shape the future of digital government and enterprise innovation.
